A talent and learning maven with 20+ years of experience in global, strategic, and hands-on HR, she is an ardent proponent in making talent and organizational development exhilarating - not debilitating. This is at the heart of her client and volunteer work.
Elizabeth is a certified work, pedagogical, and cultural psychologist (Diplom-Psychologin). Her Bachelor’s degree is in German and Anthropology. She is also a certified Systemic team and individual coach. Elizabeth is certified in Hogan, Lominger, and the KornFerry Talent Suite. She is also a DDI and FranklinCovey certified facilitator. She is also a certified Open-Water PADI diver and former river guide.
Elizabeth is a Full-Stack Talent Developer - meaning she is skilled in Talent Attraction, Talent Branding to Talent Development, from Learning to Organizational Design, from single events to large-scale conference execution.
Over the past few years since leaving her Corp Global Talent Director role, Elizabeth has made a name for herself around what it means for organizations, teams, individuals, and functions to transform.
