Elizabeth Lembke is Chief Talent Navigator at Transforming Talent, specializing in all things Talent and impact-at-work related.

A talent and learning maven with 20+ years of experience in global, strategic, and hands-on HR, she is an ardent proponent in making talent and organizational development exhilarating - not debilitating. This is at the heart of her client and volunteer work.

Elizabeth is a certified work, pedagogical, and cultural psychologist (Diplom-Psychologin).  Her Bachelor’s degree is in German and Anthropology. She is also a certified Systemic team and individual coach.  Elizabeth is certified in Hogan, Lominger, and the KornFerry Talent Suite. She is also a DDI and FranklinCovey certified facilitator. She is also a certified Open-Water PADI diver and former river guide.

Elizabeth is a  Full-Stack Talent Developer - meaning she is skilled in Talent Attraction, Talent Branding to Talent Development, from Learning to Organizational Design, from single events to large-scale conference execution.

Over the past few years since leaving her Corp Global Talent Director role, Elizabeth has made a name for herself around what it means for organizations, teams, individuals, and functions to transform.  

Her passion for transformation shows up everywhere she is active.

Known as an Devil’s Advocate for Talent, she has won of multiple innovation, benchmark, and industry awards in Talent Development, Learning, Employee Engagement, and Human Resources. 

Originally from Oregon, she is #WFH out of Stuttgart, Germany. She has a personal passion for 80- 00's playlists, memes, and everything to do with water.
